Lifetime Warranty

Allied Specialty Products warrants this expandable over head storage unit to be free of defects in material or workmanship for the life of the products. Allied Specialty Products will at their discretion either repair or replace any product found to be defective. Costs associated with the installation, assembly, or removal are not covered by this warranty. This unit must be installed according to the instructions provided by Allied Specialty Products. Failure to install the unit properly may result in damage to the unit, the property, or personal injury.

Warranty claims will be honored only with the original receipt or other proof of the date of purchase. Only the original purchaser is extended this warranty. This warranty is valid and enforceable provided that the unit is installed according to the installation instructions and the maximum weight of the unit does not exceed 500 pounds, evenly distributed. If the load weight exceeds 500 pounds, the customer and /or installer releases Allied Specialty Products of all claims including the unit and the structure it is attached to. All fasteners must be checked and tightened at least on an annual basis.

This warranty does not cover product failure due to misuse, improper installation, alteration, abuse, or lack of reasonable care. No other warranty, written or verbal, will be honored for this product.
